Brad Bauer II, owner and agent of B. Bauer Insurance, established the company to make it easier for people to find and purchase insurance at a better price. Brad's experience in insurance during college and his professional life has fueled his interest in creating new solutions to common issues. B. Bauer Insurance aims to offer its customers access to a variety of top-rated insurance companies in the marketplace. To do this, B. Bauer Insurance works with the Firefly Agency platform. Every customer who obtains insurance through B. Bauer Insurance is a client of B. Bauer Insurance but all policies are processed via the Firefly Agency platform. This gives our customers access to many more carriers than the average independent insurance agency!

Please note: All policies will list B. Bauer Insurance OR the Firefly Agency on policy declarations but will have B. Bauer Insurance as the servicing producer.

Brad Bauer II - Owner, Agent

Brad brings with him a wealth of experience, having worked as a professional in the insurance industry since 2021 while also building a real estate portfolio in his free time. Brad is a distinguished alumnus of Siena Heights University, where he graduated in 2021 with dual bachelor's degrees in applied mathematics and accounting. Brad's academic excellence was recognized when he was voted Siena Heights' outstanding Mathematics Student of the Year. Throughout college Brad also interned at several insurance companies in Ohio, where he learned the analytics behind how insurance carriers rate their products. Alongside his insurance experience, Brad has also developed a love for investing and real estate. Outside of insurance Brad enjoys flipping houses, keeping up on the latest stock market news and market trends, and running and working out at the local parks or gym.
